Ayman Ashour, Director: over 25 years experience in the Security and Identification industry. Co-Founder and Managing Director of Bluehill ID. Prior, Mr. Ashour founded Newton International Management with focus on the Identification & Security Industry. He also served as Co-CEO and COO for Assa Abloy ITG, where he led the creation of one of the world’s leading RFID groups with numerous acquisition transactions.

Matthew Rogers, Director: Director and Chairman of Verifier Capital Inc. Senior Managing Director at McGinn Smith & Company since January 2007. Mr. Rogers has worked in the security industry in leading positions since 1991 with ASH and ADT, before taking over as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Tyco Fire & Security in 1999. In 2004 he joined USBX, an investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions in the security industry as Managing Director.

Joseph Tassone, President and CEO: CEO of Syscan since August 2007. Strong entrepreneurial and start-up experience in the Security and Identification industry; founder and CEO of acquired security software start-up, senior positions at 3 other companies including NASDAQ IPO. VP and CTO at Simplex Time Recorder Co., a leader in security and fire alarm systems in North America.
