iCE - Syscan's new proprietary 3-in-1 wireless, RFID and sensor technology based on IEEE 802.15.4 (ZigBee).
iCE guarantees optimum read reliability, read range and lowest energy consumption. Using a wired internet or GPRS connection the
iCE Universal Monitoring and Control Device (UMCD) can send the information it has gathered to the Syscan server. Users also have direct access through Syscan's PC Application or they can integrate the information in their own software. Email, text message and phone alerts for temperature or humidity monitoring using Syscan's i4CIT monitoring software are optional.
